The musical Sunset Boulevard, adapted from Billy Wilder's 1950 movie of the same name, has returned to Broadway!
Just like the movie, the musical Sunset Boulevard tells the story of Joe Gillis, a screenwriter in debt, and Norma Desmond, a faded silent film star. Desmond, a recluse in her opulent villa on Sunset Boulevard, dreams of returning to the limelight. She hires the young man to write a movie in which she will play the lead role. Joe accepts the offer but has no idea what he'll have to pay for this easy money.
